I know it has been forever since I've posted anything to my blog. My company has required all of my attention, leaving no time for my cookbook.
In the meantime, I thought I would share this picture I stumbled upon.

That's horrible, grits are not seasonal. Speaking as someone who at times ate them almost every day of her life all I can say is what is the world coming to. I live here in North Florida and over the past couple of years I have noticed it is getting harder to find good grits and white cornmeal. I chalk it up to there being so many yankees here in Florida and the dumbing down of food in America. So I have resorted to making a stop at the Pig for provisions every time I go visit her in Savannah.
